At Addiction Helper, we know that finding the right treatment for you or a loved one can feel overwhelming. After all, we’ve been there ourselves. That’s why we’re here to support you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We’re here to answer all your questions, address any concerns you might have, and give you professional advice. And you can be assured that we treat all our clients with 100% confidentiality.

What’s my first step to addiction recovery?

Give us a call and a trained addictions treatment counsellor will give you a free assessment. We’ll then be able to identify the most appropriate form of treatment for your particular problem and your circumstances. We’ll explain all the options available to you and tell you what the following steps will be.

If you’re calling on behalf of someone else and are worried that they’ll resist treatment, we’ll talk to you about our addiction intervention program. We understand that this is a difficult situation for you but we’ll be there to support you through it.

Will I need to go into a residential treatment centre?

We’ll determine this from your initial assessment. If we feel that residential rehab will be your most suitable treatment, we’ll help you find the centre that’s right for you. You don’t have to do it alone. We work with the most successful rehab clinics in the UK and worldwide, and we have in-depth knowledge of what each of them offers.

But remember, residential rehab isn’t the only form of addiction treatment available and isn’t right for everyone. We’ll advise on alternative treatments, such as day/night outpatient programmes, counselling and Interventions, and help you get best treatment for you.

What happens next?

If you need residential treatment for your addiction, we’ll liaise with the centre so that they put together a program that’s tailored for you. Every treatment centre is different and we’ll take you through what to expect from your particular program and answer any concerns. We’ll sort out payment options and your admittance. We can organise transport and flights, if necessary. We’ll even take you there ourselves. Or arrange for a sober transporter to accompany you. It’s important that you feel safe and comfortable at all times. We’ll be in constant touch with the centre to monitor your progress and so that we can give your family a weekly report. And when you’ve left the centre, our aftercare services will provide ongoing support for you and your family.

How do I pay for addiction treatment?

Most private insurers cover addiction treatment. We also have a range of payment options for those who don’t have private insurance. And there are plenty of free addiction services out there and we can put you in touch with them
