There are two 13-bedded houses situated on quiet cul-de-sacs near to the town centre. The setting is calm with secluded gardens.
The clinic offers hope born out of hopelessness and believes the service user is of the utmost importance.
The programme is based on the 12 steps and regular attendance at fellowship meetings is encouraged. Service users are given interpersonal group therapy, motivational interviewing and cognitive therapy. There is also a family therapy programme.
The clinic is managed by a director, and supported by house managers and qualified, experienced counsellors.
