Addictions treated: Alcohol, prescription drugs, heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana, gambling.
Accommodation: Clients reside in one of five comfortable sober living houses. During the day they travel to the treatment facility in safe groups. Outside of treatment, clients are expected to share in the running of the household to teach them life skills and and to prepare them for their return to the outside world. The houses are supervised by housing counsellors who are on call around the clock.

Treatment: A comprehensive and highly structured 12 step programme which is personalised to individual needs and designed to explore mental health and physcial issues. The first stage usually involves an alcohol detox which includes an element of group therapy. Once this is successfully completed, the client goes on to the next stage which consists of intensive counselling, psychotherapy, anger management groups, family counselling, lectures and workshops. The third stage continues with this treatment but begins to place emphasis on relapse prevention with a specialist counsellor. The final stage is aftercare which could include weekly group therapy, continuation of alternative therapies such as acupuncture, and individual psychotherapy. The programme typically lasts twelve weeks.
Staff: A team of multi-disciplined therapists, addiction counsellors and a registered GP.

The accommodation consists of same sex houses with the day clinic a short walk away. The houses are comfortable and well equipped with shared amenities and double furnished bedrooms. For those that are detoxing, there is a separate detox clinic directly opposite the day clinic, so that clients with priority clinical needs can be afforded a higher level of support and care around the clock. This clinic is able to take up to 12 clients at any one time and offers exception value for money.

The Treatment Program
The Treatment program incorporates the 12 Step model of total abstinence, along with holistic and cognitive approaches. The treatment day consists of meditation, group therapy, workshops and one to one counselling. Clients are expected to attend planned activities and 12 Step meetings in the evenings. The Primary residential program is structured and disciplined and runs for up to 12 weeks. The clinic are able to offer a Secondary care program to their clients with reduced levels of supervision but with the same levels of support and therapy delivered during their Primary care program
