Alcohol Recovery Service

Stockton Multi-Agency Recovery Team (SMART) SMART is a service to help young people who are having problems with drugs and alcohol. The service works with anyone up to the age of 18. Referrals can be made by professionals, family or self-referrals. Young people are seen in various locations that best suits their needs, identifying strengths and areas of concern through comprehensive assessments, psychosocial interventions and service user led care and action plans. The service promotes working in partnership with other agencies, professionals and family to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
