Our workers are trained to offer advice on complex issues, such as housing, employment and debt, as well as being skilled in offering a listening ear. It might be that you have a number of issues going on all at once. Don't worry, we are trained to help you and want you to feel that we are a service that you can trust to return to again and again. We can spend as long as you want with us - 5 minutes or several hours - and we will try our hardest to give you the information that you need. If you do need to be referred to another service, we will always support you with that too. Plus, if things get really tricky, we can advocate on your behalf - writing letters and making phone calls to get things moving for you.
